We advise on the appropriate licensing and commercial structures to achieve the required commercial objectives in the deployment of IP.

Clients outsource the management of their IP portfolio to us. We are persistently contracted to analyse the dynamics in our clients’ businesses and devise plans for their maximization of IP, known and unknown.

We routinely undertake audit, due diligence and health-check services to verify the integrity of IP assets, whether in connection with a proposed public listing of securities, an acquisition of such assets, a corporate-restructuring, a scheme for the global licensing of such assets or simple house-keeping to maintain and ensure good order of these assets.
